Before I begin this topic, I have to personally say that I am disgusted with the way Exchange New Car Sales (“ENCS”) is operated by its upper and middle management by the practices of fraud being conducted on site to defraud our service members of the United States. AgentX (former AAFES Car Sales ISR) again with an update. An associate of mine that worked for ENCS finally settled with Exchange New Car Sales to receive his earned commissions that have been held from him from the moment he left the organization in February 2012 until now (6 months and lacking half his earned pay!). What a great corporation I am a member of (and great “management” he previously had), fortunately in my circumstances I am able to earn a reasonable amount without supplying the public with deception provided by AAFES Car Sales training and don’t need to be concerned about my income from information that I leak to the consumer because I allow you to decide-so that you may be more of a savvy shopper with regards to vehicles. You should be, you’re our nation’s heroes. Some agents take full advantage of you from the second they meet you up until the day you pick up your vehicle and I hope that anybody who discovers this website is steered clear of the warranties and aftermarket products automatically applied to your purchase (which can be removed).
