Joeseph Learned who was once Area Manager at six Military AutoSource locations in Okinawa, Japan which included Marine Corps Base Camp Foster was fired for undisclosed reasons (as provided by Exchange New Car Sales General Counsel, James M. Black). This left Joe with no other options of employment in Japan in the military or contracting world as he would be ineligible for SOFA status (Status of Forces Agreement), which is required to work on base in many overseas locations, including Korea. After which, he removed his original profile from LinkedIn that displayed his Overseas Military Sales Corporation sales “talents” of rising to the ranks of manager and creating a new one.
Joe; or Traveling Man Joeseph Learned, took a hiatus from selling cars and back to what he did previously, becoming a Head Hunter (“Account Executive”) for C.C. Cunsulting KK in Shibuya, Japan.
Exchange New Car Sales in Guam
It didn’t take long for Joeseph Learned to realize that he was making much more money selling cars primarily to the members of the United States Navy and United Stated Marine Corps Armed Forces members overseas. It’s been reported that Joeseph Learned is now working at an Exchange New Car Sales location in Guam, where SOFA is not required as it is a territory of the United States. It looks like he even took a demotion from scamming our Armed Forces men and women by refining an Independent Sales Representatives sales pitch as an Area Manager; I mean instructing an ISR how to forge signatures, to take on the role of an Independent Sales Representative once more.
Second Chance Working for ENCS
Let’s see if he can be as successful as he was last time with ENCS taking him back under his wing as he most likely wasn’t fired under the precedence of forging signatures of Exchange New Car Sales customer’s.
If you see Joeseph Learned or Joe is your Independent Sales Representatives with Military Car Sales, I would ensure looking over your electronic or printed contracts to ensure that nothing was added that you didn’t ask for; such as extended warranties, or the signatures don’t match yours.
Avoid Exchange New Car Sales in Guam
In fact, I would stay away from this sleeze ball all together before he sells you items such as the Road Hazard Tire and Wheel Protection warranty (which is protects your tires and wheels up to 50,000 miles, where typical wear conditions on tires manufactured are more than 80,000 miles). Joeseph Learned is very well known for putting you on the spot and ensuring that you get your unnecessary warranty to pad his pockets with extra commission selling Ziebart.
