ENCS Sucks Legal Threats
Some recent legal threats that we’ve received about this site from ENCS.
We’re not going anywhere ENCS.
This one starts with the privacy removal to see who owns the domain name from the registrar (where you purchase a domain name). It was removed due to a request from ENCS / OMSG. The owner of the website has a strong bond with the registrar and the protection that it provides with other domain names under his control, so I am not concerned about that.
Please see the following complaint.
As the owner of the domain name, it is your responsibility to address this matter.
If this matter is not addressed within 5 days, we will be forced to remove privacy from the domain and reveal the default contact information to the complainant.
Please keep in mind that ***.com can not mediate between you and the complainant.

Sorry Jim, I ignored the emails from my registrar and ENCS regarding this matter then and I’m ignoring it now, I just want to show the ignorance of your company in further detail. I suggest you read fair use of Trademarks when it comes to [Company]Sucks. Here are some sites that can show you that I am using your trademark with fair use. Feel free to contact me anytime, since you already know [my] information.
Here is a famous case from a larger company than ENCS (worth billions times yours):

Evidence Against ENCS SUCKS?
Unless you can prove that this domain is using false information to disparaging ENCS’s reputation, it’s not going anywhere anytime soon as it’s helping military members save money that you are knowingly exploiting from them.
I’ll be looking forward to hearing from you soon, especially when I post the anonymous damning evidence I’ve received against ENCS and their operations, with pictures to back up the claim coming up on our one year anniversary of operating ENCS Sucks (I believe sometime late Februrary). I will also be updating our stats page (unfortunately, since all ISR’s of ENCS were forbidden to visit this website, there are no more stats from @militarycars.com) that shows the global usage of all the countries ENCS and Navy Autosource operations are in, visits per month and trends on the website along with the average position we’ve held on Google for the year. (Someone said it couldn’t be done, but everything is possible)
Here’s just one email that we’ve received recently that makes me feel good about what I did by whistle-blowing your operations at ENCS / AutoSource or whatever you would like to call yourselves,
Message: Hello, I found your website and I have a question. I have never
purchased a vehicle through ENCS but we looked into it, we looked at different
vehicles and we got the estimated price of what it would cost as well as the
monthly payments. We looked at the jeep grand cherokee( 4×4 laredo), Honda
Civic (Si) and Ford Explorer (XLT). Both the Jeep and Ford Explorer would have
been over $40,000 if we wanted to have leather seats because we have to add
things apparently and $40,000 was too much for us so we looked at the honda
civiv Si, we saw the the price in the U.S. would be $22,000 with everything,
since the Civic Si is already the highest model. Anyways, we thought that
since they’re advertisement said “below starting price” that we could save
money on it but when we got the real price, it was over $26,000. I don’t
understand how a car that you can purchase in the U.S. for $22-23,000 costs
less than the encs vehicle that are supposed to be less? We did not purchase
the vehicle and I have been ignoring his phone calls. Yes, we need a bigger
car for our growing family, but my husband and I have decided not to purchase
from encs. I guess my questions is, how can they advertise that the they are
below MSRP and then charge thousand of dollars more? They added certain
protection plans and it is not possible to take them off so I guess that adds
to the price, but I just don’t see how a human being with a brain could
purchase from them when it is more of a rip-off then getting a better deal?
Thanks for your answer and your website! It made us realize just how much of a
rip-off encs is.
Losing by Lying
You just lost $26,000 this month because you tried to take advantage of someone who found our site. I believe we’re getting into mid $XXX,XXX to low $X,XXX,XXX sales lost for Exchange New Car Sales, because people are starting to compare prices instead of buying into your cheap advertising gimmicks with coupons and price matches.
